A photo from #GabbyPetito’s phone has been released by the Utah attorneys representing Petito’s parents.
“Gabby has cuts and smeared blood on her face,” they write.
The family has filed a lawsuit against Moab Police claiming Gabby’s injuries were ignored by officers.
