Birmingham police need the public’s help locating a person of interest in connection to the fatal shootings of 16-year-old Yasmine Wright and 49-year-old Ed Franklin Harris.
The incident happened Saturday evening at 16th Way SW and Matt Leonard Drive. Birmingham police said they’re looking for Byron Da’Juan Lumpkin, 27, of Birmingham. Police also said Lumpkin is known to frequent the Ensley and Central Park areas.
