A Russian missile attack struck a residential building in the eastern Ukrainian city of Kramatorsk late Wednesday, killing civilians and trapping others under the rubble, Ukrainian officials said, as Moscow ratchets up assaults along the eastern front.
At least three civilians were killed and eight were wounded, according to a statement from the Ukrainian prosecutor general’s office early Thursday.
