A man who has had 8 protective orders filed against him by 8 different women since 2002, has been charged with violation of a protective order, plus several other crimes.
The affidavit for Darryl Nealy, Jr says the most recent woman got a protective order against him in July of 2021 and in December, she called police, saying Nealy was following her, as she was driving home, swerving at her with his vehicle and shouted at her, “I’ll shoot you in the face right now.”
It says she drove into a neighborhood, got out of her vehicle and hid behind some bushes and called 911.
He’s charged with assault and battery, assault with a dangerous weapon (automobile), threatening a violent act and violation of protective order.
He was charged the day before with misdemeanor assault and battery.
Records show the following convictions for Nealy in Tulsa County.
2002: having a gun in a liquor establishment; 2 year suspended sentence2010: having a gun as a felon and drugs; 7 years in prison2016: domestic assault and battery by strangulation, assault and battery; 3 years in prison and 3 suspended
