We need the public’s help to locate / identify a man who shot at and damaged a local treatment facility earlier today.
Just before 10:30am, this individual was captured on surveillance video walking around the building, which is located in the 1000 block of N. Cooper Street, armed with a pellet gun and firing at multiple windows.
He then ran from the building heading east.
There were no reports of any injuries.
