A man is in custody, after he’s accused of setting an apartment on fire on March 7th.
The arrest report for Gary Pino says a fire at an apartment building started around 4 am and Pino refused to let an apartment employee inside, so she forced open the door and he threatened her with a stick and she saw a 2-3 foot fire up against the wall.
She grabbed a fire extinguisher and put it out and he ran.-30 other people lived at that apartment building.
It says he returned about five hours later and was detained by fire investigators.He’s been booked for arson and endangering the lives of others.
