RawNews1st – A man has pleaded guilty to strangling and killing a man outside a Wal-Mart store in Tulsa.
Federal prosecutors say 37 year old Terry Limose pleaded guilty to 2nd degree murder in the death of Jessie Childers.
Officers found Limose hiding in a grassy creek area behind the store.
They say surveillance video showed Limose following the victim and throwing rocks and chunks of pavement at him, hitting him several times.
The victim tried to scare Limose away with a metal rod and piece of wood he was carrying.
Surveillance video showed the victim pick up and throw one of the rocks toward the store’s door and banging on the window to get help, but to no avail.
They say Limose trapped the victim by the front door and began fighting the victim, threw him to the ground and got on top of him for 7 minutes, strangling him.
2 men walked up to check on the victim and Limose then tried to do CPR on the victim, but, he died.
