A man has been charged with sexually assaulting three young girls.
The heartbreaker of this case, is the first victim came forward in 2019 about abuse she said happened in 2015, but, the case was closed and the other 2 victims say their abuse happened after that.
The affidavit for Zadot Morales, says the current detective found the first victim’s police report after the other 2 victims recently came forward.
It says the first victim told her dad in 2019 and they filed a police report.
Victim 1 said she was 9 or 10 years old when Morales repeatedly rubbed her thighs, kissed her, showed her porn and more, despite her repeatedly saying no.
It does not say why the case was closed.
It says victim number 2 was having nightmares recently about her assaults and she told a family member.
Victim 2 says Morales repeatedly assaulted her in 2017 and 2018, starting when she was 10 years old.
She said despite her repeatedly saying no, he raped her, molested her, punched her and threatened to hurt her, if she told anyone.
Victim 3 says she was 15 when the abuse happened to her in 2017-2018 and said Morales molested her and told her not to tell and she didn’t, because she as afraid he’d hurt her.
It says victims 2 and 3 knew Morales from church and victim 3 says the abuse happened at church.
He’s charged with 3 counts of lewd molestation.
