A man died after being discovered with multiple gunshot wounds in west suburban Oak Park on Tuesday night.
Officers were dispatched to 14 Chicago Ave. at 8:38 p.m. for a report of shots fired. According to police, they discovered Dennis Johnson, 27, at the back of the facility with multiple gunshot wounds.
According to officials, Johnson died while being transported by a Chicago Fire Department ambulance.
Police in Oak Park believe Johnson was targeted in the shooting.
