A man allegedly exposed himself and performed a sexual act next to a woman eating lunch in her parked car, according to Pearland police.
Investigators say 56-year-old Damond Lindsey now faces additional charges in Brazoria County.

The incident unfolded Jan. 2 at a shopping center off SH 288 and Shadow Creek Parkway, where Pearland police say Lindsey pulled up, dropped his pants and exposed himself.
Lt. Chad Rogers with Pearland PD laid it out bluntly: “A vehicle pulled up next to her, and the gentleman driving exposed himself to her and began to masturbate in front of her with her seeing everything that was happening.”
The victim filmed it all and called 911 without engaging. Police ID’d Lindsey from the footage and plate, nabbing him just days later about 3 miles away.
Rogers praised the victim’s quick thinking.
It’s not Lindsey’s first time being accused of something like this. Court records show at least five prior indecent exposure charges in Harris County alone — 2011, 2012, 2019, 2021 and as recent as 2024 — plus one in Fort Bend County back in 2010.
He’s pled guilty before, done community service and served jail stints. He’s currently being held at the Brazoria County Jail. His bond was set at $225,000 for the trio of new counts.
Police suspect his vehicle may tie him to even more incidents and are urging anyone who recognizes it to come forward.
Rogers had a clear message for anyone who finds themselves in the victim’s shoes: “Call us immediately, whatever agency near. We ask not to try to approach — we don’t know how dangerous these individuals are. Take a picture, anything you can use. It’s a big deal.”
