RawNews1st – A federal jury convicts a Muskogee man of kidnapping, carjacking and robbery.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in Muskogee says the trial for 29 year old Patrick McHenry started Monday and wrapped up yesterday.
They say evidence shows on September 11th, 2021, McHenry kidnapped and assaulted the victim in Muskogee and took the victim to Braggs and locked the victim in a shed.
They say the victim was bound with rope and tape but managed to escape and run to a neighboring house for help.
The victim had numerous injuries, was still partially bound with rope and very emotional.
Evidence showed on September 12th, 2021, McHenry robbed and carjacked another victim with a sawed off shotgun at a motel in Muskogee.
