According to police, a 38-year-old man was found shot and killed inside a car in a parking lot in Bolingbrook on Tuesday morning.
According to a police news release, officers from the Bolingbrook Police Department discovered Eric Stubblefield shot multiple times in the 600 block of West Boughton Road around 10:40 a.m.
The Will County Coroner conducted an autopsy on Wednesday, but the final cause and manner of death are pending police, autopsy, and toxicology reports, according to police.
