A Claremore man is in jail after being arrested for misdemeanor domestic assault and battery and misdemeanor kidnapping.
The arrest report for Jeremiah Barrow says his girlfriend reported he punched her, choked her and held her down for an hour, refusing to let her leave.
It says her injuries were consistent with being assaulted.
Records show he was just given a 2 year deferred sentence in Tulsa County in June, 2021 for 2 counts of burglary.
Records show he was convicted of misdemeanor drug possession in Rogers County in February, 2021 and given a 30 day jail sentence.
He also has a 2009 DUI conviction in Tulsa County, where he got a 1 year suspended sentence.
This current arrest, is not a conviction.
