Odell Beckham Jr. and Druski have been named as defendants in Ashley Parham’s amended lawsuit against Diddy where both face accusations of r*pe
Ashley Parham, who says she was gang-raped by Sean “Diddy” Combs and members of his entourage, shared her story in an exclusive “Banfield” interview.
Parham discussed the harrowing allegations from a civil lawsuit she filed against Combs last October.
Parham, who asked for her appearance to remain anonymous, said Combs made threats that he would human traffic her and that they could “take [her] anywhere and sell” her.
In the lawsuit, Parham alleges she was drugged and gang-raped by Diddy and members of his entourage at a private home in the Bay Area in 2018. After the rape, she said, she slashed Diddy with a knife and was shot at before narrowly escaping with her life.
In the case of Parham v. Combs et al (Case No. 3:24-cv-07191-RFL), plaintiff Ashley Parham filed an amended complaint against defendants Sean Combs, Kristina Khorram,Druski, Odell Beckham and Shane Pearce, alleging personal injury claims related to assault, libel, and slander under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. The original complaint was filed on October 15, 2024, in the Northern District of California, with Parham seeking a jury trial to address these allegations.

The new indictment alleges Combs forced employees to “work long hours with little sleep” by subjecting them to, or threatening them with, “physical force, psychological harm, financial harm, and reputational harm,” allegedly making them believe they would lose their jobs if they did not comply with his demands, with Combs allegedly forcing one employee to engage in sex acts with him through threats and force (Combs’ lawyer Marc Agnifolio told multiple news outlets he “vehemently denies the accusations”).
Parham said she managed to escape the party after neighbors began making noise complaints.
“The neighbor came by to see what was going on, and the bodyguard turned a gun on him and told him to go away,” Parham said. “But then he came back and created the distraction for me to actually run.”
Parham said she ran toward the neighbor’s house and then Combs allegedly started firing a gun at her.
The neighbor jumped behind a car and she followed him to escape. According to Parham, the neighbor called the police, but when an officer showed up he “couldn’t have cared less” about what Parham said.
The police officer “didn’t offer me help or an ambulance. I told him that Sean Combs had raped me and he just left me,” Parham said.
