Mitchell Wasek, 29, was indicted on invasive visual recording charges less than a year ago and now faces new charges.
One victim was identified by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children as a 7-year-old girl who had been recorded by a suspect who pled guilty in April 2014 to charges relating to possessing, producing and distributing child pornography.
Police seized several recordings and data storage devices from him in September 2023.
A forensic analysis of those materials found two files of suspected child sexual assault material. The victims appeared to be between the ages of 5 and 18.
New charges of third-degree child pornography possession were filed against Wasek last week.
Back in May, he was charged with 21 counts of felony invasive visual recording after allegedly secretly recording 13 victims for two years.
According to an affidavit, a guest attending a party at Wasek’s family home found a charging port for a hidden camera in a bathroom wall.
The guest, along with other witnesses, took the camera and discovered that the camera was used to film guests in the bathroom and bedroom.
