Spencer Kuvin said one of his clients said she saw the shamed Duke of York at a party that was flooded with underage girls.
A lawyer who represented victims of Jeffrey Epstein said it would have been “impossible” for Prince Andrew to not have known about his abuse.
Andrew has repeatedly claimed he knew nothing of Epstein‘s criminal behaviour despite their friendship.
But Mr Kuvin told The Sun: “It’s impossible he did not see.
“It would be impossible because Epstein was always surrounded by young girls. The anonymous victim said she was raped at that very event in Manhattan.
“There’s no way Andrew would not have known at the very least of the inappropriate nature of a grown man in his 50s cavorting around with teenagers.”
Mr Kuvin branded Andrew’s failure to tell authorities what he knows about Epstein, who died in 2019, an “insult” to victims.
The disgraced royal has ignored repeated calls to tell US authorities what he knows about paedo Epstein’s criminal behaviour.
In his notorious Newsnight interview more than five years ago, Andrew vowed to help the probe into Epstein and his warped madam Ghislaine Maxwell.
Mr Kuvin said the duke is an “embarrassment” and said he has “absolutely no care for what the victims went through”.
He added: “His quote, unquote, admitted friendship with a pedophile is despicable.
“He’s someone not only do I not respect, but someone I think, quite frankly, should be shunned by society in general.
“Not only because of how he’s acted in the past, but even until the present day. He doesn’t act with integrity.”
In his infamous car-crash Newsnight interview, Andrew claimed he severed ties with Epstein in December 2010.
He said he didn’t see or speak to Epstein after they were pictured strolling through Central Park in New York City shortly after the paedo was released from jail for child sex offences.
But new emails between the pair emerged last week from February 2011, two months after Andrew claimed they had ceased contact.
In one, Andrew wrote: “Keep in close touch and we’ll play some more soon.”
PRINCE Andrew appeared to commit to working with law enforcement when he was given a car crash grilling by Emily Maitlis on Newsnight which was broadcast of on November 16, 2019.
And yet ever since the Duke has been accused of ducking and diving after a war of words with US prosecutors over his cooperation – insisting he would help but seemingly failing to do so.
He was accused in 2020 of offering “zero” help to the probe into Epstein.
Here is exactly what Andrew said during his interview:
EMILY MAITLIS: You seem utterly convinced you’re telling the truth, would you be willing to testify or give a statement under oath if you were asked?
PRINCE ANDREW: Well I’m like everybody else and I will have to take all the legal advice that there was before I was to do that sort of thing.
