Veah Netherton 28, took to Instagram on Monday, February 3, to share a report from 90 Day Fiancé blogger Alexa Pomegranate revealing her wedding. “Turns out that Veah married her dog sitter.
But wait – he’s not just a dog sitter.
He’s also part time in the military and a policeman,” text on the post read.The post then claimed that Veah’s husband will appear on the TLC franchise. “He’s been an amazing partner, helping Veah through her hardest struggles with her health,” the post continued.
Veah confirmed the report by sharing the post on her own Instagram profile, captioning the announcement, “Grateful [prayer hands emoji].”
Shortly after Veah made the announcement, several fans rushed to the comments section to express their shock over her marriage. “Is this real???” one person wrote, and another chimed in, “Where are the photos at ! Wedding photos ? Relationship photos ? Anything ? Lol I’m happy but of course we want to see.”
“Well that was random….CONGRATULATIONS!” an additional fan chimed in.
Fans know Veah for appearing on season 7 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days alongside Sunny, 26. After the pair met on an international dating app, she decided to travel to South Africa to be with him. However, they faced many obstacles in their relationship including concerns about a culture clash and Veah’s ongoing friendship with her ex Rory. In fact, the exes were so close that Rory even traveled to South Africa with Veah for her trip to see Sunny.
Not only did Rory’s presence during the trip cause drama with Veah and Sunny’s relationship, but the pair also fought about religion and their engagement wasn’t accepted by his father.
It’s not clear when exactly Veah and Sunny called it quits. However, her current husband appeared on the show and she went on one date with him after she and Sunny briefly split following her trip to South Africa.
In addition to her relationship issues with Sunny, Veah also struggled with health problems during her time on the reality show.
She even missed the season 7 tell-all due to her health struggles, and she took to Instagram on January 12 to explain why she wasn’t able to attend.
