A Mannford man has been arrested, accused of sexually assaulting a 75-year-old woman who was asleep in her bed.
THE SUSPECT:
57 year old Tracy Pierce
December 30, 2024, at 11 pm, it says Pierce went into the victim’s home and threatened her and was told to leave by the victim’s brother.
It says he came back an hour later intoxicated and when the victim woke up, he was standing next to her bed, with his pants down and he touched her.
It says the victim’s grandson forced Pierce to leave, fighting to get him out of the house and to his vehicle.
It says Pierce tried to load a .22 rifle but the grandson took the ammo and magazine and when deputies arrived, Pierce was passed out in his truck.
These are charges, not a conviction.
