Wdrb – A Louisville, KY man has been sentenced to 17 years in federal prison for the enticement and sex trafficking of a minor.Â
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Kentucky said in a news release Tuesday that Timothy Boden, 41, was sentenced after he was convicted of one count of enticement of a minor and one count of sex trafficking a minor, court documents show.
His prison term will be followed by 20 years of supervised release.
The investigation was conducted by Homeland Security Investigations, the United States Secret Service, and the Louisville Metro Police Department.
Boden’s sentencing was announced by U.S. Attorney Bennett, along with HSI Nashville Special Agent in Charge Rana Saoud, USSS Special Agent in Charge Robert Holman, and LMPD Chief Paul Humphrey.
