A Tulsa man is charged with aggravated possession of child pornography.
The arrest report for 38-year-old Cody Emerson says a tip led Tulsa detectives to him after an account was flagged.
It says Emerson admitted he had downloaded numerous files of child pornography onto his phone, a laptop and an external hard drive.
It says Emerson told police he searched for girls 12 to 15 engaged in sex acts, but, might’ve downloaded some as young as 9.
This is a charge, not a conviction.
