Ceaser Emanuel and his Black Ink Atlanta crew was put out of their latest tattoo shop by the city’s marshal. Word on the street is that Ceaser is in big trouble with the city of Atlanta due to several fines for violations and lawsuits that have been filed against him.
As far as that animal cruelty case we hear things are still pending.
