A man who was sentenced to 7 years in prison just 3 years ago, has been arrested again, this time, charged with drug trafficking in Tulsa.
The affidavit for Kevin Alvarez says undercover agents bought drugs from him twice.
It says the first time was in April and they bought 60 grams of meth for $400 in a grocery store parking lot.
It says the second time was in May and they bought 60 grams of meth for $400 at his residence.
It says both undercover buys were recorded on audio and video.
Records show the following convictions:
January 2019: burglary in Tulsa County; 3 years suspended sentence.
June 2019: burglary and concealing stolen property in Okmulgee County; sentenced to 7 years in prison plus 5 years suspended.
He was released after 2 years. September 2005: feloniously pointing a firearm in Tulsa County; 3 years suspended.
October 2005: false impersonation in Tulsa County; 5 years deferred
