RawNews1st – A woman out on bond for a case in Craig County, who just got a suspended sentence in Creek County, has been arrested in Rogers County.
The Rogers County Sheriff’s Office says Jennifer Norris went into a victim’s home and stole the presents from under his tree.
They say she somehow got the victim’s number and called him, saying she’d return the presents if he agreed not to file charges.
They say Norris showed up to meet the victim and deputies were there also and arrested her for burglary.
They say she’d been captured on a game camera going to the house and leaving with the trunk up and the presents inside.
They say she arrived at the meeting with her daughter, so the girl was placed in DHS custody.
The victim got most of his presents back.
Records show:
October 6: Norris was charged in Craig County for burglary and running from police and was released on bond.
October 10: she got a 3 year suspended sentence in Creek County for embezzlement and the DA is asking to revoke it.
She also has convictions in Tulsa County for forgery in 2012 and altered prescriptions in 2015 and was sentenced to 2 years in prison.
