A man was arrested in Bartlesville, accused of breaking into the high school and stealing some items and doing some vandalism.
The arrest affidavit for Robert Bickell says surveillance video shows he broke into the school on July 8th around 3:30 AM, dumped some chemicals down the drain, took a hoodie and some goggles, did about $200 in damages, then left.
It says a few days later, Bickell was back at the school, trespassing and police learned he was a convicted sex offender for indecent exposure, out of Tulsa County, who had failed to register.
Records show he has a previous conviction for failing to register in Tulsa County.
