Defense attorneys had argued Guerrero met that woman on OnlyFans and thought they had a romantic relationship. Prosecutors said Guerrero went well beyond acceptable behavior, calling the situation “every woman’s worst nightmare.”
Mauricio Guerrero, the Pennsylvania man convicted in May of charges related to stalking a Somersworth woman he met online was sentenced Wednesday to one year in jail, much less time than he could have received.
Strafford County Superior Court Judge Mark Howard took time to explain the thought process behind the sentencing of a the now 21-year-old man described as lonely by his defense attorney and therapist.
“I’m sorry,” Guerrero said when Howard asked if he wanted to say anything before the sentence was imposed.
Guerrero had to deal with four thievery penalties, a lawbreaker trespass charge and two infringement of protection charges, originating from his conduct connected with his supposed fixation on the 25-year-elderly person. He was captured after supposedly concealing in the lady’s mom’s storage room and taking foul recordings of her while she rested.
