Dustin Alexander McDowell, 33, of Loganville, was captured Saturday and charged for the occurrence which happened the prior night in the parking area of a Marco’s Pizza. Panama City Ocean side Police say official talked with witnesses who say they saw McDowell attacking a more modest man.
Police say video proof shows McDowell placing the man in a read strangle hold and afterward tossing him to the ground once the man dropped.
That man would be taken to an area clinic for treatment.
In the interim, police had the option to find McDowell utilizing the portrayal of his pickup truck.
Police say McDowell later confessed to the episode.
