A man accused of beating his mother to death and digging a hole in the backyard to bury her body, has been found incompetent to proceed in the court process.
A Tulsa County judge has ordered Dinickos Bennett to be sent to the Oklahoma Forensic Center for care and treatment.
He was arrested after he called 911 and officers found him on the front porch of the home when they arrived and saw his mother inside, dead.
