Police arrest a man for pointing a gun at employees at a club and firing off a couple of shots as he left the parking lot.
The affidavit for Joseph Smith says he had given his number to a couple of dancers at Secret’s Gentleman’s Club in West Tulsa, then got mad and started cussing at some of them, so was asked to leave.
It says he came back to get his phone and got unruly again so was escorted out and tried to throw a punch but missed, then pulled out a gun and pointed it at two people and threatened to kill “all of them”, then fired off a couple of rounds as he was driving off.
Records show just a week earlier, Smith was charged with DUI, carrying a firearm while under the influence and several traffic offenses.
