A South Carolina teen wanted after deputies said he shot his father during an altercation was arrested Monday, officials said.
Shale Remien, with the Anderson County Sheriff’s Office, said at about 5:30 p.m. that Gabriel Tyrec Jackson, 19, was in custody after deputies tracked him down in Abbeville County.
No other details about the arrest or where it happened were released.
Deputies said the shooting happened early Sunday afternoon along Breazeale Street in Belton.
Remien said Jackson and his father got into an argument outside the home which resulted in the teenager shooting at his father multiple times.
