Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of having child pornography, involving a friend’s 2 year old daughter.
The affidavit for Tristion Almanza, says a tip came to police from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about an image involving a 10-12 year old girl being forced to give oral sex, being downloaded on a Google Account.
It says the investigation led officers to Almanza.
It said he had 5 photos of a 2 year old nude girl in various sexual poses on a bed with him, at a Tulsa hotel.
It says they identified the child and spoke to the child’s mother, who said said she’d known Almanza for 10 years and he often babysat her daughter and was “like a step father” to the girl and the only man she allowed around the girl.
He’s charged with lewd molestation and manufacturing child pornography.
