5-star signee Mackenzie Mgbako not expected to end up in Duke

While things are going wild in the transfer portal, there are more dominoes to fall in the 2023 class and that’s not exclusive to uncommitted players.

There are rumblings of multiple signees getting out of their National Letters of Intent and one of those is Mackenzie Mgbako, the No. 7 overall prospect in the 2023 class who had signed with the Duke Blue Devils. 

Based on gathered information, I have removed my Crystal Ball for Mgbako to ultimately end up with the Blue Devils next season. 

If Mgbako does ultimately reopen his recruitment, as is expected, he will become the top available player in the senior class.
