Atlanta Police Homicide Investigators are asking for assistance from the public in an ongoing investigation.
On October 27, 2022, officers responded to 602 North Highland Ave. (Manuel’s Tavern) in reference to a person shot.
The victim, Dean Phillips (pictured), suffered a gunshot wound to the torso and succumbed of his injuries on scene.
The current reward for information on his murder is set at $10,000.
If anyone has knowledge of the shooting or the suspects involved, please contact the Homicide Unit.
