Pennsylvania – 13-Year-Old Boy Accused Of Shooting And Killing 12-Year-Old Boy
Troopers said they interviewed another boy who was friends with the alleged shooter and the victim.
That boy told investigators that the three were walking around town when the 13-year-old said he wanted to go home.
When they arrived at the house, the witness said, the 13-year-old went inside and came back out with a firearm.
According to an affidavit of probable cause, the witness said the 13-year-old made a joke about the victim’s mother.
The victim told the 13-year-old to shut up, and the teen allegedly shot the victim once.
The witness told troopers that he was familiar with the 13-year-old having access to firearms, as the teen had previously shown him firearms.
