A Georgia man has been booked into the Tulsa County Jail on felony charges of: Indecent proposals to a child, lewd proposals to a child, solicitation of a minor and using technology to engage in sexual communication with a minor.
38 year old Jeffery Phillip Miller of Covington, Georgia, is accused of using social media to send nude photos of himself to a girl he thought was 14 years old.
Miller was actually communicating with a detective from our Child Predator Unit.
Over the course of several months, Miller tried to get the girl to send him nude photos.
He also expressed interest in coming to Tulsa County to have sex with the teen and sent graphic messages, detailing the sex acts he wanted to perform on her.
He was extradited from Georgia and booked into the Tulsa Co. Jail on Tuesday.
He’s being held on a $100,000 bond.
