A Tahlequah woman has now been found guilty by a federal jury for 8 counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, sexual exploitation of a child and having material depicting sexual exploitation.
Federal prosecutors say 30 year old Leiloni Smith, will be sentenced later.
The investigation began in 2020 based on a tip sent to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children of someone in Tahlequah uploading child sexual abuse materials.
That led investigators to Greg Bias, who was arrested in January of 2022.
He was living with Leiloni Smith and two young children.
The affidavit in the case said the victims were toddlers and Smith videotaped them being sexually abused by Bias and even held them down for him.
It said after finding child sexual abuse material on Bias’ phone, he had one toddler put a hand on a table and threatened to break the child’s fingers one by one, if they ever told.
Bias pleaded guilty on January 18th, 2023 to more than a dozen counts and is also awaiting sentencing.
