One man is recovering and another is facing charges after a bloody incident at a Dayton bar over the weekend.
James Orcutt is charged with aggravated assault.
This happened early in the morning Saturday at Kenny’s Bar on Railroad Street in Dayton, and a police report says the incident was caught on video.
An arrest report says that video shows a man, later identified as Orcutt, leaving the frame of the video and returning with a large knife.
The report says the video shows Orcutt going into the bar, and then going to the bar’s outside deck.
It then shows the victim “slung down to the ground onto his hands and knees,” with Orcutt then stabbing him “approximately 6 times in the back.”
The video shows Orcutt then leaving the scene with his girlfriend.
The report says Orcutt and the victim “have had prior dealings” with each other.
