Ukraine’s Kuleba says Putin ‘desperate because of battlefield defeats’
Russia’s former president Dmitry Medvedev said Monday Russia’s retaliatory mass strikes across Ukraine were only the “first episode”.
“The first episode has been played. There will be others.”
“No, Putin was not ‘provoked’ to unleash missile terror by (a blast on the) Crimea Bridge… Putin is desperate because of battlefield defeats and uses missile terror to try to change the pace of war in his favour,” Kuleba said on Twitter.
New: President Volodymyr Zelensky says Russia targeted Ukraine’s energy infrastructure during strikes on several Ukrainian cities on Monday, including using Iran-made drones.
