Colorado -The Fountain Police Department is asking the public’s help in locating a missing child.
Ashton Laymon is a 7-year-old white male who was last seen Saturday, July 30th, around 5:30 PM, around 800 South Santa Fe Ave in Fountain.
Ashton is described as three feet, eight inches tall (3’8”), weighing approximately 60 pounds with blonde hair and blue eyes.
He was last seen wearing a black short sleeve t-shirt, dark blue shorts, and grey and white New Balance tennis shoes.
Ashton told his mom he was going to stay with a friend but wouldn’t tell her who he was going to stay with, and he hasn’t returned home.
Officers have been searching the area for a couple hours and have not been able to locate him.
