CHARGED: Billy Cromer, 35, and Spencer Cromer, 18, have been charged in connection with the deadly shooting of Tiffany Joseph, 32, on July 4, 2022.
It’s alleged that Billy Cromer solicited Spencer Cromer to kill the victim.
Billy is charged with one count of premeditated first-degree murder.
Spencer Cromer is charged with one count of premeditated first-degree murder and one count of felony firearm.
Note that the charges are allegations and defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
