Pryor Police arrest a man accused of trying to meet what he thought was a 14 year old boy, but was actually a citizen posing as a boy on a dating app.
The affidavit says officers arrested Billy Kilpatrick in a grocery store parking lot just after midnight today.
They also met a man who said he was with a group called, Oklahoma Predator Prevention, who said he’d been pretending to be a 14 year old boy online and had been communicating with Kilpatrick, until they had decided to meet and police were called.
It says Kilpatrick admitted to officers that after he learned “the boy” was 14, he still had sexual communications with him and Kilpatrick said he’d sent a picture of his penis to “the boy.”
It says Kilpatrick told officers he’d thought about meeting “the boy” on Monday and again Wednesday but had backed out both times.
Kilpatrick was arrested for lewd/indecent proposal to a child and soliciting sexual conduct with a minor using technology.
