Shreveport Police and Caddo Parish Deputies are currently investigating a shooting call that has left a male injured.
Shreveport Police Department has 7 units working this call, Caddo deputies have 7 units working this call and SFD has 5 units on scene.
This call came into dispatch at 1:57 p.m. from Regent Street, which is located in the Ingleside neighborhood.
When first responders arrived on the scene, they located a male victim sitting on a porch suffering from a gunshot wound to his body.
He has been transported to Ochsner Health Hospital to be treated for serious and non life-threatening injuries.
According to police, two groups of individuals are responsible for this double shootout. Deputies located multiple shell casings in the LA State Fairgrounds.
