South Carolina – Caleb Kennedy has been given $50K bond and put on home detention until his trial. He’s charged with Felony DUI resulting in Death.
His bond was continued until a mental health evaluation was completed on Kennedy.
He’s also required to undergo counseling while out on bond.
The former American Idol contestant is accused of running off the road, down a driveway, hitting 54-year-old Larry Parris and then pinning him after he continued on and crashed into Parris’ workshop.
This happened on West Murph Road in Spartanburg County SC.
He was booked on February 8, 2022.
He remains in jail as of 3:38pm.
