He’s allegedly a member of the Money Well gang, a subset of 800 YGs.He is on the run .
1-800-577-TIPS#2 SHOOTER IN CUSTODY 15 yo Matthew Godwin is being charged as an adult with murder, manslaughter & weapons possession for allegedly shooting & killing Kyhara Tay.
Police say he was harrassed by the 800 YGs when he was just 12, & was a shooting victim himself a year later.
