Tulsa Police arrest a man accused of setting a house on fire while a person inside was bedridden and on oxygen therapy.
The arrest report for Dominque Scroggins says he had been kicked out of the house and threatened to set the house on fire, then set a cardboard box on fire and walked away, as someone else put out the fire with a garden hose.
It says in addition to the bedridden person inside the house, there was a large amount of combustible material on the front porch, including a propane tank.
It says Scroggins had two lighters on him when arrested.
He was booked for arson, threatening a violent act and endangering others.
