An investigation is underway in North Avondale after a deadly shooting involving a Birmingham police officer Wednesday night.
Police confirmed the deceased suspect is a male.
Limited details are available at this time, but there is a very heavy police presence at the scene in the 4300 block of Morris Avenue.
