Kiev Safer than LA’: Ukrainian officials angered over diplomatic exodus? “No Reason to Panic”
Calm has been called for as Ukraine’s top brass for security & defense met on Monday. Here are some takeaways:
President Vladimir Zelensky said, “There is no reason to panic.”
“The key message is not to panic, or to make unsafe groundless claims,” Prime Minister Denis Shmyhal added.
Council Secretary Oleksiy Danilov assured the public, “I ask everyone to be calm.”
They also assured citizens there are no threats to the economy, no grounds to talk about a full-scale Russian invasion or plans for a Ukrainian offensive in the East. (RIA Novosti)
