The OK Bureau of Narcotics along with Broken Arrow Police, say they’ve dismantled a major meth trafficking operation.
They say the investigation started six months ago after they learned 50-100 pounds of meth a month was being brought into the area from Anaheim, CA.-OBN and BAPD along with help from TPD and OHP, served 25 warrants yesterday.
The arrested the man accused of running the operation, Clint Johnson.
45 charges were filed against and 20 others, including drug trafficking and conspiracy. (I’ve listed the names of all those charged, in the comments)
They say they also confiscated 25 pounds of meth and numerous weapons.
Records show these previous convictions for Johnson in Tulsa County:
September 2009: 4 counts of drug possession
May 2010: drugs and driving with suspended license-For both those cases, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison
July 2013: running from police, obstruction, driving with a suspended license
April 2014: running from police, driving with revoked license.
For both those cases, he was sentenced to 6 years in prison
He was released from prison in October, 2018.
