Nine people were shot at an after-prom party at a house in Jasper County, Texas early Sunday morning, officials say.
In a news release, Jasper County Sheriff’s Office said just after midnight, deputies were called out for a disturbance and shots fired at a house on County Road 263.
Once officers arrived, they found nine victims who were shot. The sheriff’s office confirmed that all nine had non-life-threatening injuries.
The victims were all taken to the hospital, according to KYTX.
The sheriff’s office told the news outlet that they are questioning “people of interest.” No information about a suspect or suspects has been released yet.
