A man was found fatally shot in north suburban Antioch on Wednesday evening.
Deputies from the Lake County Sheriff’s Office discovered a man with a gunshot wound to the head in a driveway in the 40700 block of North Black Oak Avenue, according to police.
According to officials, William Martys, 59, was taken to Advocate Condell Medical Center and pronounced dead.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, his death is being investigated as a homicide.
