Early morning gun battle at 76th and Paulina. CPD still has the street blocked off.
The victim a male, 25 was inside a vehicle traveling westbound at the above location when a blue-in-color Dodge SUV approached, and an unknown offender within began to fire shots in his direction.
The victim sustained a gunshot wound to his right leg and was transported to Christ, where he is listed in stable condition.
No one is in custody and Area Detectives are investigating.
The vehicle that the “victim” was riding was a stolen 2018 durango r/t.
